this is a House flip in Barceloneta Puerto Rico for 2022. This deal is interesting because we are doing something different, we are having multiple investors in on this one putting in as little as 2,000 dollars and others putting in 10,000s of thousands of dollars. There will be new investors and seasoned investors in this deal. We are letting Zach from REIA RICO manage this flip also.
