Florida Supreme Court Justice Ricky Polston received the LeRoy Collins Distinguished Alumni Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Florida Colleges, Communications and Marketing Committee. Presented during a virtual ceremony on November 18, the award recognizes a Florida college alumnus who has reached state, regional or national recognition. The recipient represents the highest level of achievement in their field. Justice Polson is Chipola College‘s 2021 Alumnus of the Year.
