Puerto Rico hit by heavy rains causing widespread flooding in the last two weeks. Several roads became rivers and people find it very hard to drive through the flooding and some vehicles are stuck in the water.
The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a Flash Flood Warning for the following areas in Puerto Rico: Bayamon, Carolina, Catano, Guaynabo, San Juan, and Trujillo Alto.The dam in Comerio is overflowing and flooded in lowland areas.Flooding caused landslides damaged roads, properties and farms
New rainfalls of up to 120 mm were recorded onto saturated soils from previous rainfalls, causing flash flooding over the area.
