National Employee Appreciation Day is March 3. Miami-Dade acknowledges its own with a week full of celebrations during Employee Appreciation Week, March 3-10. Start by recognizing your coworkers, supervisors and peers using these easy fillable Employee Appreciation Thank You Cards, leave a post-it note or something else that is personal and sincere.
The Human Resource Department’s WellnessWorks Program will be delivering fresh fruit to employee worksites throughout the week (It’s also National Nutrition Month).
Employee Appreciation Stations will be set up at different employee hubs Monday through Thursday.
The week ends with the Glow to Thrive celebration at Tropical Park on March 10. This year, the event will also include a vintage auto display, a glow in the dark bike parade. There will be activities for the family and an incredible Glow Show at 8 p.m. Register for this free event by March 9 for a chance to win a desk bike.
