Boost Your Steps to Build Your Beats Steps Challenge

Walking can boost your overall physical and mental health, so walk your way to a healthier you by joining the Boost Your Steps to Build Your Beats Steps Challenge

Move more, sit less and achieve your health goals step by step and beat by beat by completing 210,000 steps in four weeks. 

Register on Healthyroads on Feb 5. Challenge runs from Feb. 19 through March 16.

To join, AvMed members must sign up on Healthyroads:

  • Select Challenges
  • Click “Boost Your Steps to Build Your Beats Steps Challenge”

To track your progress with a compatible device:  

  • Select Apps and Devices in the dropdown menu under Connected! 
     

Upon completion of the challenge, you will receive 25 points toward your 75-point goal for the quarter. For every quarter you earn 75 points, you will be entered in a raffle to win $250 wellness rewards (subject to payroll taxes).
