Back Together, Safer Than Ever

Now that we are getting back together and celebrating the beginning of a new year, we must take steps to protect ourselves and our loved ones from illness. With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it’s important to follow guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus.

One essential step is getting vaccinated. Vaccines are an effective way to protect ourselves and those around us. In addition to getting vaccinated, washing your hands regularly and staying home if you’re feeling sick is essential. Following these simple steps can spread cheer and love, not germs.

It’s also important to remember that the holiday season can be difficult for many people. If you or someone you know is struggling, it’s okay to ask for help. The national suicide prevention lifeline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide support and resources. Just call or text 988 to get help.
