It’s time to jam for justice at Dade Legal Aid’s Ninth Annual Battle of the Legal Bands benefiting Dade Legal Aid on March 9.
In honor of Legal Aid’s 75th anniversary, it is holding an “American Idol” style competition showcasing local legal bands consisting of lawyers, judges, and rock stars competing for the trophy and bragging rights.
Doors open for Battle of the Legal Bands at 6 p.m. at La Otra, 55 NE 24 Street, Wynwood, Miami.
Bands competing will include Chillable Hours; Crazy Talk, LLP; The Urge; and the 540s.
Tickets $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
