Activists push for Puerto Ricans to embrace black identity

Activists and demographers are pushing for more Puerto Ricans to identify themselves as black on the census in order to confront the complicated topic of race on the island. The Grio journalist Natasha Alford joined CBSN to explain the island’s colonial past and why citizens are hestiant to join the movement.
