(Miami – May 20, 2014) Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs’ Art in Public Places announces the completion of the Richmond Heights Pioneers Monument by Dinizulu Gene Tinnie located at the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard/Olivia L. Edwards Boulevard and Madison Street.
