Schedule an appointment for a 3D mammogram on Tuesday, April 25 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm at Gateway Park, 151 Sunny Isles Boulevard. Please bring your photo ID and insurance card.
Mammograms are covered 100% ONE time every 12-month period by insurance. Patients MUST have a current physician that the report can be sent to. Female patients over 40 do not need a prescription to receive a mammogram. Patients 35-39 will need a prescription. The results are read by a Breast Fellowship Board Certified Radiologist.
Free parking available in the Gateway Park garage. The SIBshuttle provides free transportation within city limits.
