Duncan Town is the only settlement in the entire Ragged Island chain and is situated within a bay of shallow water. The island contains a small airstrip, a harbor, a lighthouse, and — most importantly — Maxine Grocery. A 30 minute dinghy ride from Hog Cay, introduces us to the tiny and delightfully welcoming community, where there’s always a good fishing story and goats outnumber people.
